DOES YŪGEN HAVE A DRESS CODE?

While we haven’t adopted a formal dress code,

we only ask for no ripped jeans, sweatpants, t-shirts, ball caps (or nonreligious caps)

or tennis shoes. Jackets are not required, but suggested!

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE? DO YOU OFFER VALET?

There is street parking available in the vicinity of the restaurant, we also offer valet parking.

IS THE KITCHEN ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND ALLERGIES?

We are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions with at least 48 hours notice.

Upon booking, our team will reach out to confirm any such allergies, restrictions or aversions.

CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE EVENT AT YUGEN?

Yes! For parties of 7 to 12 guests we have booking available in our Private Dining Room.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES OR GIFT CARDS?

We do offer gift cards. They can be purchased over the phone by calling (312) 265-1008

Monday through Saturday between the hours of 10am and 6pm.

DO YOU ALLOW PHOTOGRAPHY?

We do allow photography, we only ask for our guests to refrain from using flash.

CORKAGE FEE?

$65 per bottle and a limit of 2 750mL bottles per table

DO YOU CHARGE A CAKE-CUTTING FEE?

We encourage our guests to order a cake from our in-house pastry team.

Pricing is subject to change due to size and design of the cake.

 CANCELLATION POLICY?

We accept cancellations or changes to your reservation, when available,

with no charge up to 48 hours prior to your reservation.

The cancellation and no-show fee within 48 hours of your reservation is $100 for every seat cancelled. Reservations made within 48 hours are subject to the same policy.
